Clevr: Graphic Design Studio is built to create, not to collect. This Privacy Policy explains, plainly and briefly, what information is involved when you use the Clevr: Graphic Design Studio app, why it is involved, and the choices available to you. The app is operated by Clevr: Graphic Design Studio ("we", "us"). This policy is effective as of 2026-11-06.

In Brief

There are no accounts and no sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or postal address. The information we handle is limited to what is needed to produce your designs and to confirm your subscription.

What We Do Not Collect

Because Clevr has no user accounts, we do not collect registration details, passwords or profile information. We never receive your payment card or billing details; those remain with Apple.

What Is Processed When You Create

When you request a generation, the content you provide for that purpose, such as prompts, text or images, is sent to our own backend servers, where the design is produced and returned to the app. This processing takes place on infrastructure run by us, not by an outside generation provider. Your content is used to deliver the result you asked for.

Purchases and Subscriptions

All purchases and subscriptions are made through Apple In-App Purchase and handled by Apple under its own terms and privacy policy. Apple processes your payment; we receive only the confirmation needed to unlock the features you have paid for.

The Services We Rely On

Two third parties support the app. Apple App Store: distributes the app and processes all payments, subscriptions, renewals and refunds. Adapty: where used, records subscription status and related purchase analytics, such as whether a subscription is active, so that premium features are correctly unlocked and we can understand how our offerings perform. Each service handles information under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review.

How Long Information Is Kept

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide generations, maintain subscription access, meet legal obligations and keep the service secure and functioning. When it is no longer needed for those purposes, it is deleted or rendered anonymous.

Your Rights

You may ask to access the information we hold that relates to you, or ask us to delete it. As there are no accounts, please include enough detail with your request for us to locate the relevant records. Deleting the app removes its locally stored data from your device. Subscription and purchase records held by Apple can be managed through your Apple ID settings.

Changes to This Policy

Should our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date below. Continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies.
