Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Clevr: Graphic Design Studio, an app provided by Clevr: Graphic Design Studio ("we", "us"). They are written to be read, not skimmed past. Effective date: 2026-11-06.

Your Agreement

By downloading, opening or using the app, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Your Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the Apple App Store's usage rules. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

Using Clevr Well

Use the app lawfully and with care. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, deceptive or abusive; not to create material that violates another person's rights; not to copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app; and not to interfere with, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or our backend. We may suspend access where these standards are not met.

Subscriptions and Billing

Premium features are offered through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged in the 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Ownership of the App

The app, including its design, software, branding, templates and all related intellectual property, belongs to Clevr: Graphic Design Studio or its licensors and is protected by law. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

Ownership of Your Creations

You retain ownership of the content you provide. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use the designs you generate as you see fit. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to produce and deliver your generations and operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you submit and for how you use the results.

No Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of generated results, or uninterrupted, error-free operation.

Limits of Our Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clevr: Graphic Design Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Revisions

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the effective date will change, and continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
